Develop a capital-intensive (CAPEX) testing asset capable of simulating long-term product use for floor scrubbers and cleaning systems, while ensuring full health & safety compliance and successful on-site commissioning—all within strict budget constraints.

Led the project end-to-end, managing principal design, supplier alignment, and budget control. Developed a robust mechanical testing system tailored to replicate real-world usage cycles, while ensuring compliance with H&S requirements. Coordinated installation and commissioning on-site to ensure operational readiness and reliability.
